Sup sup bitches I really think we need to recruit alot more players since of late there has been very few online and seems to me like quite a few in guild have stopped playing and others only logging on to do Spvp. Tonight at prime time we had 4 online..... just seems like nobody wants to play anymore or do anything. These aren't just my problems others in guild feel same way as if people have just given up, if that is the case then I will consider looking elsewhere because with our current guild numbers we cant do shit tbh. Let me know what you think and maybe we can sort this problem out and get more exciting things happening.

Either the current members need to start helping or we need more peeps. When we do have a few on, we are a couple short of enough for 2 dungeon groups. It's a little frustrating to say the least.

This, I vote GIl, he has no life so is on most of the day, he could get some recruits.

Yeah it is a little frustrating, basically having to pug dungeons despite being in a guild, whenever someone asks to do something no one really responds. I love this game so I am not going to stop playing any time soon, but a few extra member to bolster the ranks would be nice.

have to agree a few members would be nice it is frustrating doing runs with the feeling that some peeps are left out and another tank wouldnt go a miss some nights i just like to chill and do other stuff like puzzles doing 3-4 instances a night turns the game into a grind for me its like lvling a cook :p

I have done a little re shuffle of the guild and guild ranks. All active and long term members now have the ability to invite people and admin lower ranks. The rank you hold is still 'Member' just the option to invite people. All new players will be given the 'Recruit' rank. They essentially are just 'Members' but can't invite or withdraw from the guild bank. If they stick around and become an active, reliable and trusted member of the guild they may be promoted to the rank of 'Member'.
